Very similar to the Preliminary Cut & Fill Viability Design works, this element tends to be required in order to update to any proposals to be submitted at planning, and in order to prove to all teams (including Highways & Drainage Teams) that the proposals are achievable to deliver as part of any detailed planning application.
This also enables all commercial analysis to be updated to the latest proposals prior to submission of planning, and often enables easy answer of questions from the planning team, such as how will the site be development and proposed vehicle movements to the proposed development site.
This Design would therefore include (subject to review of clients briefing) for the following elements –
Proposed Ground Level against Existing Ground Level review (including a report to confirm the volumes of Cut & Fill Requirements and nett Cut or Fill Requirements).
Reduced Ground Level against Existing Ground Level review (including a report to confirm the volumes of Cut & Fill Requirements and nett Cut or Fill Requirements).
